NOTICE TO CREDITORS
OF THE ESTATE OF STEVEN MICHAEL CHEE
AND THE STEVEN MICHAEL CHEE REVOCABLE TRUST

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Steven Michael Chee, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died on February 22, 2021.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the trust created by that certain Steven Michael Chee Revocable Trust, dated September 11, 2000, as amended, are hereby notified that William Stanley Chee, whose mailing address is c/o Rinesmith & Sekiguchi LLLC, 841 Bishop Street, Suite 1800, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, and Bank of Hawaii, a Hawaii Corporation, are the current and acting successor Co-Trustees of the Steven Michael Chee Revocable Trust (“Trust”). Pursuant to statute, all creditors of the above-named decedent and Trust, are notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to William Stanley Chee at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
