YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF THE IOLANI COURT PLAZA, INC., by and through its Board of Directors ("Association") has filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 1CCV-20-0000064 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, whereby said Association prays for judgment in an amount to be proven at trial, together with costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in connection herewith and/or foreclosure sale of the subject property located at 2499 Kapiolani Blvd., #1808, Honolulu, HI 96826 of THE IOLANI COURT PLAZA, INC. condominium project.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of this Court in her Courtroom at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii on Tuesday, the 20th day of July, 2021, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleadings and serve it before said date upon MELAINIE K. OYAMA and VINCENT G. KRUSE, attorneys for Association, whose address is 1000 Bishop Street, Ste. 801, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Association’s Complaint.
