The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at Hospice Maui for their exceptional care and compassion, Pastor Ken Tanaka, of Kahului Union Church, for his spiritual counseling and guidance, and Dr. Ian Okazaki and staff, of Straub Medical Center, for their excellent medical care. Private services were held at Kahului Union Church. The family respectfully requests no koden or flowers.
