You are hereby notified that Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for Deephaven Residential Mortgage Trust 2019-1 (“Plaintiff”) has filed a Complaint for Mortgage Foreclosure (“Complaint”) against you in that action filed as Civil No. 1CCV-19-0002372 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the real property located at 2139 Kuhio Avenue Unit 1412, also known as 2120 Lauula Avenue, Unit 1412, Honolulu, HI 96815, identified as Tax Map Key number 1-2-6-018-043-0044, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813 on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon TMLF Hawaii LLLC at 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1500, Honolulu, HI 96813, attorneys for Plaintiff. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
