AMENDED NOTICE OF EXECUTION SALE
By virtue of a Writ of Execution dated June 26, 2020 issued out of the District Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, I have levied on all right, title and interest of Defendant PETER SHIHONG HUANG, in and to the property located at 383 Kalaimoku Street, Apt. #902, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815 with Tax Map Key No. (1) 2-6-018-087 C.P.R. 0002 and more particularly described as follows:
Unit No. 902 of the Condominium Project known as “383 KALAIMOKU”, as established by Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium Property Regime dated March 18, 2013, filed in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii as Land Court Document No. T–8487432, of which the original Declaration dated February 5, 2013, filed in said Office as Land Court Document No.
T-8453285, as amended, and as shown on Condominium Map No. 2194 filed in said Office, and any amendments thereto.
An undivided 0.390947% interest appurtenant to the Unit, in all Common elements of the Project, as established for said Unit by the Declaration, or such other fractional or percentage interest as hereafter established for the Unit by any amendment of the Declaration, as tenant in common with all other owners and tenants thereof.
Notice is hereby given that I will, on the 9th day of June, 2021, at 12 Noon on the Veranda in front of the First Circuit Court Building 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, all the right, title and interest of Defendant PETER SHIHONG HUANG in and to the above-described property or so much hereof as may be necessary to satisfy a judgment, as amended, entered in favor of Plaintiffs MICHAEL DAVID BRUSER, TRUSTEE and LYNN BRUSER, TRUSTEE, against Defendants PETER SHIHONG HUANG and NANXI HUANG for the sum of $112,920.13, plus statutory post-judgment interest accrued thereon, together with post-judgment attorneys’ fees and costs and expenses of this execution sale. Ten percent of the bid price shall be payable in cash or certified check at the time of sale and the balance at the time of closing of escrow and delivery of a Certificate of Purchase (on execution sale).
