Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the MARGARET SHIRLEY CONNORS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, dated November 29, 2001 as amended, made by Margaret S. Connors ("Trust"), as Settlor, are hereby notified that Meghan Dbouk-Connors and Thomas M. Foley are the current and acting Successor Trustees of the Trust, whose address is c/o Bank of Hawaii Estate Settlement, Attention Scott LaFountaine at PO Box 3170, Honolulu, HI 96802. Pursuant to statute, all creditors of the decedent and the Trust must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustees at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
