NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by ROYAL CONTRACTING CO., LTD. of that certain Hoopili Phase 5 Backbone situated at Kapolei, Ewa, Oahu, Hi, TMK: 9-1-017:004, has been completed.
