FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent who died on March 17, 2021, together with an Application by PEGI LOUISE BRAUN, c/o Bronster Fujichaku Robbins, 1003 Bishop Street, Suite 2300, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to PEGI LOUISE BRAUN.

If any interested person has objections to the informal probate, he or she may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings pursuant to the Hawaii Probate Rules; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he or she must file a Demand for Notice, pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 560:3-204.

Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and that certain trust agreement established by the decedent known as the Helen-Edythe Richardson Trust, dated September 14, 1987, as amended and restated, are hereby notified that PEGI LOUISE BRAUN is the Successor Trustee of the Trust.

All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with the proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will forever be barred.
