AIU FAMILY LAND TRUST, dated January 20, 2016 has filed a Complaint in the Third Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, CV No. 3CCV-20-0000082 to determine all claims adverse to, and to establish her undivided fee simple title to a parcel of land identified as portion of Royal Patent Grant 1589 to LAENUI, (“Grant 1589”) located at Keopu 2, District of North Kona, Island, County and State of Hawaii, designated within TMK (3) 7-5-003-015, as further described in Exhibit A of her Complaint, its legal boundaries, its partition among its co-tenants and its partition from the balance of Grant 1589, its rights of legal access, the Plaintiff’s award of co-tenancy contribution expenses, and other relief as justice requires.
