KANUHA, Lot No. 8 of Registered Map No. 2254, First Land District, situate at Opihikao, District of Puna, Island, County and State of Hawai`i, currently designated within Tax Map Key No. (3) 1-3-006-002, its legal boundaries, its rights of legal access, and other relief as justice requires. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Henry T. Nakamoto, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom located at 777 Kilauea Ave., Hilo, HI 96720 on June 16, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiffs’ counsel of record, KANEOHE LAWYER, LLLC, whose address is P.O.
