FIRST CIRCUIT COURT NOTICE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

ESTATE OF RICHARD YOSHIO YOSHIZAWA, Deceased, and the RICHARD Y. YOSHIZAWA REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED JULY 21, 1981.

Filed, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on July 15, 2020, together with an Application by LYNN LEIKO NITAHARA and CHERYL KEIKO SUMIDA, whose address is care of MacDonald Rudy O’Neill & Yamauchi, a Limited Liability Law Partnership, LLP, attention Robert M. Yamauchi, Esq., at 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2350, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters Testamentary to said LYNN LEIKO NITAHARA and CHERYL KEIKO SUMIDA.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated July 21,
1981, and known as the Richard Y. Yoshizawa Revocable Living Trust, dated July 21, 1981 (the "Trust"), are hereby notified that LYNN LEIKO NITAHARA and CHERYL KEIKO SUMIDA are the Individual Co-Trustees and Independent Co-Trustees (collectively, the "Successor Trustees") of the Trust, whose address is care of MacDonald Rudy O’Neill & Yamauchi, a Limited Liability Law Partnership, LLP, attention Robert M. Yamauchi, at 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2350, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, and that any and all claims which they have against the trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustees, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
