Notice is hereby given to Liberty T. Wurth of Honolulu, Hawaii, that there is pending in the Circuit Court of DuPage County a Petition for Temporary and Permanent Guardship over the minor children Adin Rymek, Gabriel Rymek and Ellie Rymek, in case number 2021 P 000230. That the Petition was filed by Paul Rymek and Carol Rymek, the proposed guardians of the Minor Children, whose attorney is Angela M. Iaria of Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd., 1900 Spring Road, Suite 200, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523.
Notice is hereby given that by order of the Circuit Court of DuPage County on March 31, 2021, that service may be made on Liberty T. Wurth via publication in accordance with 735 ILCS 5/2-203.1 as the whereabouts of Liberty T. Wurth are unknown.
NOW, THEREFORE, you are notified to file your answer to the Petition in this case or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, 505 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois, on or before 10th day of May, 2021.
