NOTICE TO CREDITORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all creditors of 3059 WOOLSEY PLACE, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (“Company”), that the Company intends to terminate effective upon filing of Articles of Termination with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Pursuant to HRS § 428-808 all creditors of the Company should present their claims addressed in c/o Damon Key Leong Kupchak Hastert, Attn: Douglas C. Smith, 1003 Bishop Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Claims should identify the claimant, the amount claimed, and contain sufficient information to inform the Company of the substance of the claim. All claims not presented in accordance with this Notice will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the later of the last publication date of this Notice or the date of filing of the Articles of Termination.
