The purpose of this public hearing is to receive testimony regarding the compliance of the subject proposed development with HAR Chapter 15-150, the rules governing special management areas and shoreline areas within community development districts and practice and procedures before the Office of Planning.

The hearing is open to the public. Those who desire to testify are required to indicate at the beginning of the public hearing, and provide their names, email addresses and affiliation.
