Notice of Bank Merger

Commonwealth Business Bank, Los Angeles, California, a California state-chartered commercial bank, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to merge with Ohana Pacific Bank, Honolulu, Hawaii, a Hawaii state-chartered commercial bank, and to establish branches at the locations of Ohana Pacific Bank, Honolulu, Hawaii. The Federal Reserve Board considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application, including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs.

You are invited to submit comments in writing on this application to the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, P.O.
