YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of the First Circuit Court, at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on April 20, 2021, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Lissa H. Andrews, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 737 Bishop Street, Suite 2600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
