HERSCHEL HUGH MITCHELL, DECEASED, and HERSCHEL HUGH MITCHELL REVOCABLE TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 2, 1993.
The above-named Decedent died on October 14, 2020. All creditors of the Decedent and/or the above-named Trust are hereby notified to present their claims, with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Janet Ray, Trustee of the Herschel Hugh Mitchell Revocable Trust, c/o Ching & Morikawa, 4211 Waialae Avenue, Suite 34, Honolulu, HI 96816, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
