NOTICE TO CREDITORS

All creditors of the Estate of ROSE MIWAKO TANIMOTO, Deceased, or the ROSE MIWAKO TANIMOTO REVOCABLE TRUST dated October 12, 1993, as amended and restated, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to BRIAN N.
