NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that LORETTA J. CONCHEE also known as Loretta Joan Conchee, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died on November 13, 2020.
All persons having a claim against the Estate of Loretta J. Conchee or the Revocable Trust of Loretta Joan Conchee dated May 16, 2000, as amended, are hereby notified that ALBERTA R. YAMADA, whose address is c/o Law Office of Lynn Y. Nakashima, 1100 Ward Avenue, Suite 705, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, is serving as the Trustee of said trust.
Pursuant to H.R.S. Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and the above-named trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said Trustee at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
