SUMMONS

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Trustees Under the Will and of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, Deceased, doing business as Kamehameha Schools ("Plaintiffs") have filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 20-1-00225 (JMT), Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, wherein Plaintiffs ask for cancellation of Lease No. 14,950-230, possession of the premises covered by said Lease, a judgment against you for sums due and to become due under the Lease, and other relief.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable John M. Tonaki, Kauikeaouli Hale, 1111 Alakea Street, Fifth Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 16th day of March, 2021, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Rush Moore LLP, A Limited Liability Law Partnership, Plaintiffs’ attorneys, whose address is 737 Bishop Street Suite 2400, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
