YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-SC1, has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 2CC191000333 in the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the property located at 3737 Kahekili Hwy, Kahakuloa, Hawaii, 96793, TMK No. (2) 3-1-001-035, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Rhonda I. L. Loo, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit, Hoapili Hale, 2145 Main Street, Wailuku, Hawaii, on MARCH 18, 2021, at 8:15 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleadings and serve it before said day upon Steven T. Iwamura, of Clay Chapman Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 700 Bishop St., Ste. 2100 Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
