NOTICE TO CREDITORS
All persons having a claim against the Estate of LORETTA LOUISE LEE, who died on December 1, 2020, or the Loretta Louise Lee Revocable Living Trust dated January 19, 1995, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to DEREK W. LEE and CYNTHIA M.
