YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT Laurel K. S. Loo (“Petitioner”), successor trustee of the Licke Family Trust, dated May 6, 1985, a.k.a. Trust Agreement and Declaration of James W. Licke (“Trust”) has filed a Petition for Determination of Complete Trust Documents and Instructions to Trustee [Filed on December 28, 2020], in the above-entitled Court, wherein she prays that the Court determine the complete documents comprising the Trust and for instructions as to distribution of Trust property, and for other appropriate relief that the Court orders.
YOU ARE HEREBY notified to appear in the courtroom of the Hon. Randal G.B.
