All persons having a claim against the Estate of Richard Myles Bowman, who died November 20, 2020, or the SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED OCEANVIEW TRUST dated as of September 19, 2014, originally dated as of June 26, 2000, as amended by FIRST AMENDED RESTATED TRUST dated as of February 23, 2001, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to David C. Farmer, Esq., Successor Trustee of the above-named trust, whose address is 225 Queen Street, Suite 15A, Honolulu HI 96813, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
