All creditors of the above-named decedent, Milton K. Hironaka, also known as Milton Keiji Hironaka, and/or the trust established by him under a trust agreement dated October 12, 1994, and known as the Milton K. Hironaka Trust, are hereby notified that Kent Kenichi Hironaka is the Successor Trustee of the trust, whose address is c/o Miyasaki Law Offices, LLLC, American Savings Bank Tower, 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 1030, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, and that any and all claims which they have against the decedent and/or the trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
