ESTATE OF ELYSNOR HANALE PEREZ, also known as
ELYSNOR HANALE PEREZ, JR., DECEASED
FILED, on behalf of the above-named decedent who died on October 12, 2005, is an Application by Kaniela H. R. Perez, whose mailing address is 91-1094 Kahalepouli Street, Kapolei, HI 96707, praying for informal administration and issuance of Letters of Administration to Kaniela H. R. Perez.
If any interested person has objections to the informal probate, he or she may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings pursuant to Hawaii Probate Rules; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he or she must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All interested parties are hereby notified that the creditor period for creditor claims expired April 12, 2007, eighteen months after the decedent’s death. No other claims are allowed against the estate, other than expenses of administration.
