OF THE ESTATE AND TRUST
OF CHARLES MALUKAHILI LEE SING NAKOA

All creditors of the above-named decedent, CHARLES MALUKAHILI LEE SING NAKOA, also known as Charles M. L. S. Nakoa and Charles Nakoa, who died on August 12, 2020, are hereby notified that Suzanne Marie Nakoa is the successor trustee of the CHARLES MALUKAHILI LEE SING NAKOA TRUST, made by the decedent as the Grantor and as the initial trustee, whose address is 1717 Mott-Smith Drive, Apt. PH-1, and that any and all claims which they may have against the decedent or the decedent’s trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the successor trustee at her said address within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or such claims will be forever barred.
