OF THE ESTATE OF ALVIN KEIGI NAKAMURA AND THE
ALVIN KEIGI NAKAMURA REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Alvin Keigi Nakamura, fka Alvin Kenichi Nakamura, and aka Alvin Keiji Nakamura and Alvin Nakamura, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died in Honolulu, Hawaii on May 14, 2020.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the Alvin Keigi Nakamura Revocable Living Trust, dated October 24, 2017, as amended, made by Alvin Keigi Nakamura ("Trust"), are hereby notified that Carole Kinuyo Sawa is the current and acting Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o Devens, Nakano, Saito, Lee, Wong & Ching, 220 South King Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Pursuant to statute, all creditors of the decedent and the Trust must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustee at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
