The Complaint of SEABREEZE JETLEV LLC, SEABREEZE JET SKI, LLC, and H20 SPORTS HAWAll, LLC, as owners of the Motor Vessels, the first being a Motor Vessel named M/V JOURDANS OBSESSION, U.S. Coast Guard O.N. 113 7107, and the second Motor Vessel being approximately 11-foot Yamaha, model VX1050C-U, with a model year 2019, Vessel Hull Identification Number US-YAMA3411D919, State of Hawaii Certificate of Number HA-1163-CC, for Exoneration from or Limitation of Liability.

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Rule (3) and (4), Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Claims and Asset Forfeiture Actions of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure ("Supplemental Admiralty Rules"), by Plaintiffs in Limitation SeaBreeze Jetlev, LLC, SeaBreeze Jet Ski, LLC, and H20 Sports Hawaii, LLC (collectively, "Plaintiffs in Limitation"), as owners of the two Motor Vessels, the first being an approximately 43-foot long passenger Motor Vessel named "M/V JOURDANS OBSESSION," U.S. Coast Guard Official No. 1137107, and her engines, tackle, apparel, etc., which was and now is duly documented under the laws of the United States of America, and the second Motor Vessel being an approximately 11-foot long Yamaha personal watercraft vessel, model VX1050C-U, with a model year 2019, Vessel Hull Identification Number US-Y AMA3411D919, State of Hawaii Certificate of Number HA-1163-CC, and her engines, tackle, equipment, appurtenances, etc., that they have filed a complaint in the above-mentioned court pursuant to 46 U.S.C. § 30501 et seq., 28 U.S.C. § 1333, claiming the right to exoneration from or limitation of its liability in connection with all claims against it for injury or other damages resulting from the alleged injury and/death, or other incident, involving Jamal Jordan, which occurred on or about October 22, 2019.
All persons having such claims who have not already filed claims and served those claims on Plaintiffs in Limitation and wishing to contest Plaintiffs in Limitation’s complaint must file such claims, if at all, as provided in Rule F of the Supplemental Admiralty Rules, with the Clerk of this Court, the United States District Court, District of Hawaii, located at 300 Ala Moana, Honolulu, HI 96850, and serve copies of them on, by mail or email to the Plaintiffs in Limitation’s attorney, Pamela Schultz (
pamela.schultz@kennedyslaw.com) of the law firm Kennedys CMK LLP, located at 101 California Street, Suite 1225, San Francisco, California, 94111, on or before January 15, 2021, being not less than 30 days after issuance of this Notice, or be defaulted. A personal appearance is not required.
