VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 626

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Wayne & Diane Samiere has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from sections 11-62-32 and 11-62-34(c)(1)(C) of Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Joachim Schneider, Laulea Engineering, LLC, is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at 53-823 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, Oahu and TMK (1) 5-3-010: 019.
