OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Oahu Plumbing & Sheet Metal, Ltd. of that certain Dole Office Building Cooling Tower Replacement situated at 650 Iwilei Road, Honolulu, Hawaii, TMK: 1-5-012: 010, has been completed.
