MONICA LUCZON ULANGCA Monica "Moning" Luczon Ulangca, age 93, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2020. She was born November 27, 1926 in Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She married her longtime love, Bibiano Ulangca in 1955 and had six children. Monica was predeceased by her husband and son. Monica is survived by her 5 daughters and son-in laws; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. A memorial service will be held on Friday – November 13th, 6pm at St. Theresa Co-Cathedral – 712 N. School St.
