Notice is hereby given that RICHARD YOSHIO SAKIHAMA, also known as RICHARD Y. SAKIHAMA, ("Decedent") died on June 24, 2020.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the above-named estate ("Estate"), and/or the RICHARD Y. SAKIHAMA TRUST dated March 13, 2012, as amended (“Trust”) are hereby notified that Glenn Sakihama, whose address is c/o Okura & Associates, 1314 S. King St., Ste 760, Honolulu, HI 96814, is the Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801(f)(1), all creditors of Decedent, the Estate, and Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the above named Trustee of said trust, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
