63, of Mililani, Hawaii, passed away peacefully in his care home on October 13, 2020 in Wahiawa, Hawaii. Larry was born in Manila, Philippines. He is a graduate of Leilehua High School and Leeward Community College. He retired from the US Navy as a Torpedoman’s Mate (Active Duty) and Chief Petty Officer (Reserves) after 20 years of service.
He is survived by his wife Perlita Gines; children: Prescilla Gines and AJ (Andrew) Gines; sisters: Shirley Gines and Genevieve (Rock) Ley.

A Private Service will be held at Oahu Mortuary.
Larry will be interred with military honors at
The National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl.
Public visitation at the gravesite will commence November 9, 2020.
