TO: LOIDA GABON WIDEMAN, also known as LOIDA G. WIDEMAN

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT Petitioner JUNIOR GABON has filed a Petition for Determination of Death in the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaii, in Probate No. 1CLP-20-0000661, requesting the Probate Court to determine that LOIDA GABON WIDEMAN, also known as LOIDA G. WIDEMAN, is deceased.

The Petition shall come on for hearing in the courtroom of the Probate Judge who shall be sitting in Probate in the First Circuit, at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Fourth Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii on Thursday, December 31, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. Any interested person may attend this hearing, and any objection or response to the Petition may be filed with the Court prior to the hearing date, and shall also be served upon Attorney DAMON T. YONASHIRO, Seven Waterfront Plaza, 500 Ala Moana Boulevard, Suite 7-400, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
