ALBERTA ROSALYN SIDERS GENERAL REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT

The last Will of the decedent was informally admitted to probate on August 6, 2020, and KELLY A. BALLES, whose address and telephone number are c/o William L. Goo, Esq., 1188 Bishop St., #1805, Honolulu, HI 96813, (808) 521-2661, has been informally appointed as personal representative of the decedent, without bond, in an unsupervised administration. If any interested person has an objection to the informal proceeding, he or she must file a petition for a formal proceeding, or such person may be deemed to have waived any objection.
All creditors of the above-named decedent and of the decedent’s estate and the above-entitled trust executed by the decedent on May 12, 1994, of which KELLY A. BALLES is the successor Trustee, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to KELLY A. BALLES, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
