NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Petitioner RENA S.Y. KIM, formerly known as SUN YE CHONG, has filed the Petition for Appointment of Special Administrator, filed herein on June 16, 2020, and previously set for hearing on September 3, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., has been continued and that the aforesaid petition shall be heard on Thursday, November 12, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. before the presiding Judge in Probate at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
Any interested person must object or respond to said Petition in writing to the Court within 30 days, pursuant to Rule lO(c) of the Hawaii Probate Rules and serve it on all interested persons prior to the hearing, or 72 hours to the date of the scheduled hearing, which ever date occurs earlier.
