OF WINIFRED H. Y. HEE

All creditors of the above-named decedent, WINIFRED H. Y. HEE, also known as Winifred Hung Yen Hee, who died on August 24, 2020, are hereby notified that Carol L. W. Hee is the successor trustee of the WINIFRED HUNG YEN HEE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, made by the decedent as the Settlor and as the initial trustee, whose address is 1500 Marlborough Road, Hillsborough, California 94010, and that any and all claims which they may have against the decedent or the decedent’s trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the trustee at her said address within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or such claims will be forever barred.
