Notice is hereby given that Dale Pualani Osorno (“Decedent”) passed away on April 14, 2020. All persons having a claim against the Decedent, the Estate of Dale Pualani Osorno (“Estate”) or the Dale P. Osorno Revocable Living Trust dated August 2, 2005 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Bank of Hawaii, a Hawaii corporation (“Trustee”), whose address is P. O. Box 3170, c/o #712 Estate Settlement, Honolulu, HI 96802, is serving as Trustee of the Trust. Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent, Estate or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
