Kailua Mini Self Storage will hold a public auction to sell personal property described below at the location indicated:
150 Hamakua Drive Kailua, HI 96734
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned will sell in an online auction with www.storagetreasures.com, starting on the 14th day of August, 2020 and ending on the 18th day of August 2020. Sale will be used to offset unpaid rent, storage fees, and costs of sale.
The following parties with a brief description of the property that may be sold are as follows:
Ah Wah, Elton ($624.10); Bryant- Campbell, Johnelle ($409.84); Johnson, Richard ($518.88); Lowndes, Paul ($364.12); Malloch, Aaron ($696.15); and Sylva-Graper, Norma ($1,411.47).
All purchased goods are sold as is and must be removed at the time of sale. Sale is subject to prior cancellation in the event of the settlement between Owner and obligated party.
