NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. of that certain Site Improvements situated at 56-1060 Kamehameha Hwy, Kahuku, HI 96731, TMK: (1) 2-1-030:001 (Lot A-1-2), has been completed.
