Estate and Trust of YOUKO NADA, also known as
Judy Youko Nada, Deceased

All persons having a claim against the above-named estate of YOUKO NADA, also known as Judy Youko Nada, or the YOUKO NADA Revocable Living Trust dated May 14,1999, as amended, are hereby notified that SUSAN MISAYO SHIMA is the Successor Trustee of the above-named Trust, whose address is c/o Michelle M. M. Ogata, LLC, 1585 Kapiolani Blvd., #1111, Honolulu, HI 96814. Pursuant to H.R.S. §560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent, and the above-named estate and Trust, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustees at the address shown above, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
