All creditors of the above-named decedent’s estate and of the Elmer Burman Clark Revocable Trust Agreement dated February 3, 1999, as amended, are hereby notified pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-801, to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to CHARLEEN IWAMOTO-CLARK, nominated personal representative of the above decedent’s estate and Successor Trustee of the Trust, at c/o Suzuki & Goo, Attorneys, 1188 Bishop Street, Suite 1805, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
