FILED a Petition for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative (Without Will) alleging intestacy of said decedent, showing that said decedent resided within the jurisdiction of this court and asking that Cielito Nishibun, whose address is c/o Robert K. Matsumoto, 345 Queen Street, Suite 701, Honolulu, HI 96813 be appointed Personal Representative of said estate, and the said Petition was granted.
Cielito Nishibun, Personal Representative, will be filing a Petition To Transfer from Informal to Formal Probate. If any interested person has objection to the said filing from informal to formal intestacy proceedings, he/she may file an objection within forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he/she must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), section 560:3-204.
Pursuant to HRS section 560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said Personal Representative at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
