FILED, documents purporting to be the Last Will and Testament and First Codicil of the above-named decedent, who died on February 24, 2020, together with a Petition praying for probate thereof and issuance of Letters to HOLLY H. MERRILL, whose address is c/o Bronster Fujichaku Robbins, 1003 Bishop Street, #2300, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813.
Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., before the Honorable R. Mark Browning, the Presiding Judge in Probate at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813, is appointed the time and place for hearing said Petition and all interested persons.
Pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and that certain trust agreement established by the decedent known as The George E. Isaacs Trust dated May 11, 1999, as restated on November 4, 2016, are hereby notified that HOLLY H. MERRILL is the Trustee of the Trust.
All creditors of the above-named estate and trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
