NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the successor co-trustees named below to all persons having a claim against Jacob Yick Wing Ng (“Decedent”), who died on December 14, 2019, Decedent’s Estate, or the Jacob Y. W. Ng Revocable Living Trust dated April 25, 1990 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Donald K. P. Ng, Sharryl K. F. Matsumoto and Nannette K.L.N. Lucero, successor co-trustees of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is P. O. Box 393, Haleiwa, Hawaii 96712, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
