NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KENNETH W. DIAS, SR., a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died in Honolulu, Hawaii on March 9, 2020.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all persons having a claim against the above-named decedent and/or Trust must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage against real estate, to Dayna Beamer and Carlotta Amerino, Successor Co-Trustees of the above-named Trust, whose address is c/o Yee & Kawashima LLLP, 1000 Bishop St., Ste. 908, Honolulu, HI 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
