U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, WMALT SERIES 2006-ARS’ Petitioner for Appointment of Special administrator having been filed, it is hereby ORDERED:
That at 9:00 a.m. on June 15, 2020, in the courtroom of the Judge who shall be sitting in Probate, Third Circuit Court, 74-5451 Kamakaeha Avenue, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 is the time and place of hearing of the petition;
That Petitioner give notice of the hearing in the manner prescribed in Section 560:1-401, H.R.S., to the person enumerated in Section 560:3-403, H.R.S., and, upon payment by the demandant of the cost of reproducing copies, to any additional person who has filed a demand for notice under Section 560:3-204, H.R.S.
That pursuant to Rule 10(c) of the Hawaii Probate Rules, any party wishing to object or respond to the petition shall file such objection or response with the Court or serve it on all interested persons within 30 days of service of the. Petition and this Order or on the date of the scheduled hearing, whichever date occurs earlier.
