Notice is hereby given that GRADEN MIGUEL (“Decedent”) died on December 30, 2017. All persons having a claim against Decedent, or the Estate of Graden Miguel (“Estate”), are hereby notified that Wrangler Miguel, whose addresses are c/o Matson Kelley, Esq., Kelley & Wilkins, LLC, 24 N. Church St. #312, Wailuku, HI 96793, is serving as Personal Representatives of the Estate.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent or the Estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to WRANGLER MIGUEL, as Personal Representatives of the Estate, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
