Harry Masao Nakata died on March 24, 2020. This Notice is made by Cheryl-Ann Chie Nakata, Successor Trustee of the Nakata Joint Revocable Trust dated October 30, 1998, whose address is c/o John K. Matsumoto, Esq., 733 Bishop Street, Suite 2357, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
All creditors of the above-named decedent, his Trust and/or his estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said Trustee at the address shown above withi n four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred .
